This webinar is designed primarily for early career researchers, but everyone who is interested in scholarly communication is welcome.
What topics will be covered?
Ethics and academic integrity are crucial for ensuring the trustworthiness, reliability, and reputation of the scientific endeavor. This webinar includes academic integrity concepts and tips such as avoiding plagiarism or predatory journals.
- What is scientific misconduct, and how does one avoid it?
- Publication ethics: what is important to keep in mind when publishing an article or designing a research project in order to avoid possible breaches of academic integrity?
